Join us as we celebrate the 200th birthday of Johann Strauss Jr., the “Waltz King,” with a joyful evening of sparkling melodies and airy waltzes. With chorus, ballet, and unforgettable melodies, this is more than a concert—it’s a party!
The Yakima Symphony Orchestra will be joined by the soaring voices of the Yakima Symphony Chorus and the charm of the Yakima School of Ballet. The vocal solos for Strauss Jr's most famous operetta, Die Fledermaus, will feature our Young Artists: James Kirkham III, Nicole Loveless, and Miranda Wojciechowicz!
In the spirit of 19th-century ballrooms, festive attire is encouraged—think gowns, tuxes, suits, quinceañera dresses, or anything that makes you feel fabulous. Whether you go all out or keep it casual, this is your night to shine. All are welcome!
